PH is a P pasteurizer with a standalone heating and cooling unit. It is all in one device: pasteurizer/cheese/kettle/cooling tank/fermentation vessel.
It enables thermic processing of milk in the range between 4 °C and 100 °C. It can be used for milk pasteurization and for production of dairy products such as soft, semi-firm or hard cheese, butter, yoghurt, curd, sour cream, jam, sauces, etc.
Buy only one machine to make all your dairy products – and it can be used also as a milk cooling tank!
Advantages of the cheese kettle SKH:
- The kettle is a three part, insulated, energy - saving construction (closed circuit heating system)
- Thermal energy for heating and cooling is exchanged directly through the coat and the bottom of the kettle which gives us very good energy conversion efficiency
- The kettle can be adapted to different kinds of available heating energy: electricity, hot water from the boiler room, solar energy,… (steam is optional)
- The thermal treatment of milk can be automated with the use of a controller on which we can set, change and save all the parameters of the processes of heating and cooling.
